Coffee & Cacao Pancakes
Grab your favorite pancake mix and prepare the batter according to the instructions on the box (we used Pamela's grain free, gluten free pancake mix, and left out the eggs to make it completely plant based. We then mixed in 2 tsp. of Navitas cacao powder(optional, but oh so good if you're a chocolate lover).
Cook the pancakes for 2-3 minutes on each side and then stack them up onto a plate, with a generous amount of our Coffee & Cacao Dashew butter smeared in between each layer of pancakes. Top with cacao nibs and fresh berries.
Note: These pancakes are perfectly sweet with our Dashew butter topping, but feel free to drizzle with nut butter or maple syrup, as well.
Lemon Coconut Bliss Bites
Grind 1/2 cup organic unsweetened coconut flakes in a food processor and then set aside in a medium sized bowl. Then grind 1/4 cup organic hemp hearts and add them to the bowl with the coconut flakes. Mix in 1/2 cup of our Goji Lemonade Dashew butter, and then use a cookie scoop or teaspoon to help you divide and form the mix into balls. After rolling out the bites roll them in 1/4 cup chopped unsweetened coconut flakes and store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week. *Makes about 6 Bliss Bites*

Add 1/2 cup gluten free, quick cooking, steel cut oats and 1 cup non-dairy milk to a pot and bring to a boil. When it begins to boil, reduce to low and simmer until the milk is absorbed and oats are creamy (about 10 minutes). Then turn off the heat and mix in 2-3 tablespoons Berry Bliss Dashew Butter, and top with fresh berries, pumpkin seeds, and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
Note: You can mix in any flavor of our Dashew Butter and top with your favorite toppings! This is such a quick, filling, and healthy breakfast, and also works with overnight oats!
